It seems something wrong here. As NW 7.3 should minimally contains these components:
SAPBASIS 7.30
SAP_ABA 7.30
SAP BW 7.30
PI_BASIS 7.30
and you should use the kernel 7.20 EXT with latest patches (402).
How come you got SAP_BASIS 7.11?
