Not appearing the Batch number for Blocked stock

Please check the below screen shots.

I have checked clearly

First received quantity 106 with ref to PO

Then transferring from quality to unrestricted(103 quantity) and to blocked stock (3 qty) for same batch number in same document using 321 and 350 Mov type.

The stock is moved to unrestricted 103 qty

here 3 qty is still in quality with same batch number only but this 3 qty is adding in total of blocked qty without batch number

My doubt is from below 2nd screen (as marked),movement direction 321 is negative and 350 is positive..

As per me both should be negative then only stock and batch number will move to blocked stock frm quality. is it right.???

can you clear me about the directions??
