Installation of SAP BI

Hi Experts,

        I am a self learner of SAP BI-BW . As i am unaware of Configurations, i am unable to express my words correctly.

    ----> SAP BI 7 is installed in my laptop(Dell) through VM Ware, and Windows server 2003. it is done by some dealer.

           But its very slow, taking so much time for each transaction.  some times system getting hang.

            My System Configurations are

       I asked him to install SAP BI without VM Ware. but he said My system BIOS settings are not Supporting.

      Can you please Suggest How to Install SAP BI 7 and settings for Fast access of SAP BI?
