[HELP]: Dialog box with user entry

Hi ABAP Experts,

Hope you can suggest a way on how user can input a note using a dialog box in ABAP, once clicked ok, the message can be saved in a variable (text).

This will be used in the multiple notes of creating dispute case (transaction UDM_DISPUTE).
