     I agree with you that Read Inside a Loop is more effective, Here we are using Parallel cursor technique on LOOP and READ statements. Right

Similarly We have parallel cursor technique in fetching the records from Database using SELECT statement.

I would like to how to fetch DB records using SELECT statement.
