Off- cycle payroll

Hi experts,

Our users pay reimbursements on the last day of the month usually thru offcycle payroll, (PC00_M40_REMP). there was no problem. But now we are running PC00_M40_REMP with 31.05.2013 for an emplyee . His last payroll happen on 31.05.2013. Technically there should be no issue with the reimbursement. But system is showing below error

Disbursement date (31.05.2013) CANNOT be earlier than the latest payment date (31.05.2013).

Please suggest.
