I agree that user can be made aware to use specific surcharge condition types for their specific plant.
But there are many users in each plant & there might be an error while entering these condition types manually.
Do you know if there is an user exit? to give an error message while entering the surcharge condition type for specific plant in the purchaisng documents?
I know pricing procedure is assigned to schema group of purchas org & schema group of vendor.
As plant A & B have different purchase orgnizations we can segregate the pricing procedures. But as mentioned in my earlier post it will have imact on existing condition records & purchasing doucments in the system.
Kindly reply to the specific question, which is requeseted.
